1. Scope of Agreement and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute a formal, legally binding instrument entered into by and between the sole proprietor and developer of the Osiris Discord application (gahk.wtf, hereinafter "Developer" or "Licensor") and any individual user, Discord guild administrator, server owner, or authorized representative ("User," "You," or "Your") who installs, authorizes, or triggers the application (`Osiris#0963`, hereinafter "Service" or "Osiris").

By granting OAuth authorization within the Discord ecosystem, maintaining the Service on a Discord guild under your administrative control, or triggering context-based verification commands (specifically via Apps → Osiris → Fact Check), you explicitly affirm that you possess the requisite legal capacity to accept these covenants. If you dissent from any term, covenant, or limitation articulated herein, your sole and exclusive remedy is to immediately revoke authorization and purge the Service from your guilds.

2. Comprehensive Exclusion of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

To the absolute maximum extent permissible under applicable statutory and jurisprudential law, the Service is delivered strictly on an "as is" and "as available" foundation without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or customary. The Licensor explicitly disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy of citations, and uninterrupted uptime.

Absence of Accountability and Release of Claims: You unconditionally agree that the Licensor and Developer (gahk.wtf) shall bear no accountability, liability, or legal obligation whatsoever for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the deployment, operation, or performance of the Service. This comprehensive exclusion applies across all legal theories, including breach of contract, tortious negligence, strict liability, and statutory claims, encompassing (without limitation):

• Any factual inaccuracies, misattributions, or contextual errors generated during verification checks;
• Server disruptions, API gateway timeouts, or temporary and permanent downtime;
• Disciplinary actions, channel bans, or moderation disputes occurring within third-party Discord guilds resulting from reliance on verification outputs;
• Any data loss, corruption, or delays in administrative processing.

3. Nature of Artificial Intelligence Inferences and Advisory Notice

You explicitly acknowledge and understand that Osiris integrates various third-party and proprietary Large Language Models ("LLMs") to parse natural language claims, retrieve relevant context, and synthesize verification verdicts. Because neural probabilistic models operate upon statistical associations rather than deterministic factual recall:

1. Inherency of Factual Deviation: Verification verdicts categorized as correct, incorrect, or mixed represent probabilistic algorithmic estimates and may occasionally yield erroneous, hallucinated, or incomplete conclusions;
2. Non-Professional Advisory Status: The verification outputs generated by Osiris are intended exclusively for general educational and discursive discussion within Discord communities. Outputs do not constitute, nor shall they be substituted for, professional medical diagnostics, formal legal counsel, certified financial auditing, or emergency engineering standards;
3. Assumption of Risk: Any action taken or decision made by a User or Guild Administrator based upon an Osiris verification card is undertaken strictly at that individual's sole risk and discretion.

4. Covenants of Acceptable Use and Prohibited Interactions

As an express condition of your revocable license to access the Service, you covenant and warrant that you shall not, nor shall you assist or permit any third party to:

• Infrastructure Overburdening: Execute automated macro scripts, headless browser wrappers, or artificial interaction loops designed to circumvent rate limits or saturate the Service’s processing capacity;
• Algorithmic Extraction: Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, probe, or systematically deduce the prompt architecture, internal classification weights, or routing logic of the verification engine;
• Targeted Harassment: Weaponize the right-click verification command (`Apps → Osiris → Fact Check`) to systematically harass, intimidate, defame, or dox individual Discord users;
• Illicit Content Transmission: Submit statements involving child exploitation material, severe threats of violence, self-harm instruction, or cyber-terrorism exploits for algorithmic processing.

Violation of any covenant within this section shall trigger immediate revocation of your license and permanent blacklisting of your Discord user and guild identifiers from the Service.

5. Privacy Covenants and Data Governance Reference

Your interaction with the Service is concurrently governed by our official Privacy Policy, the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference. In summary:

• Prohibition on Ambient Chat Scraping: Osiris operates strictly via explicit user invocation (`Apps → Osiris → Fact Check`) and does not passively monitor, capture, or store ambient channel dialogue or specific message content;
• Retained Metadata Categories: The Service retains solely numerical Message IDs (`message.id`), User IDs (`user.id`), Guild IDs (`guild.id`), the resultant verification classification (correct, incorrect, or mixed), and explicit user-saved preferences;
• Exclusivity of Access: All retained metadata is strictly maintained by the Developer (gahk.wtf) and shall never be sold, leased, shared, or made accessible to any outside commercial or third-party entity;
• Operational Processing Timeframe: Because the Service is developed and maintained independently by a single individual, manual data administration requests (such as information queries or erasure submissions directed to osiris@gahk.wtf) require an operational processing timeframe ranging from several business days up to multiple calendar weeks.

6. Amendments, Modifications, and Right of Revocation

The Licensor reserves the unilateral right to amend, revise, or update these Terms of Service at any time to reflect architectural iterations, evolving platform API rules, or regulatory standards. Material revisions will be reflected by the update date at the header of this instrument. Continued interaction with the Service following any update constitutes formal legal ratification and acceptance of the revised Agreement. We reserve the absolute right to terminate or suspend access to the Service for any user or guild without prior notice or liability.
